Linear low density polyethylene Qatar 7042 is a transparent plastic pellets for film bags.
Linear low density polyethylene is a substantially linear polymer (polyethylene), with significant numbers of short branches, commonly made by copolymerization of ethylene with longer-chain olefins. Linear low density polyethylene differs structurally from conventional low-density polyethylene (LDPE) because of the absence of long chain branching.
Linear low density polyethylene is non-toxic, tasteless and odorless milky white particles with a density of 0.918~0.935 g / cm3. Compared with LDPE, it has a higher softening temperature and melting temperature, and has the advantages of high strength, good toughness, high rigidity, heat resistance, and cold resistance. It also has good environmental stress cracking resistance, impact strength, and durability. Tear strength and other properties, and can be resistant to acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc. and are widely used in the fields of industry, agriculture, medicine, hygiene and daily necessities.
Application
LLDPE has penetrated almost all traditional markets for polyethylene; it is used for plastic bags and sheets (where it allows using lower thickness than comparable LDPE), plastic wrap, stretch wrap, pouches, toys, covers, lids, pipes, buckets and containers, covering of cables, geomembranes and mainly flexible tubing.
